Repair Gateway tracks repair activities from the moment the repair center receives an item to when it ships a corresponding item to the customer, either repaired, exchanged, replaced, or loaned, and invoices the customer.
It enables repair centers to create and track repair orders, generate return material authorizations (RMAs), assign repair work orders to the appropriate technicians, capture and process the repair activity, ship the repaired/refurbished/new/loaned products, and invoice customers in accordance with contractual provisions for work delivered.
